INSULAR PREJUDICE..

The problem in India holding us back concerning the comprehensive development and inclusive growth of individuals is insular prejudice concerning work culture and career choices. People here are so driven by fake propaganda that there are only a few jobs that can give you much

respect and fill your pockets and to climb the ladder to get those jobs you will have to suffer a lot, this mentality created massive wealth for corporations and big firms that are hiring the people who emerged from this culture. People are going into debt to pursue a university degree and after pursuing that they are so ready to work for someone else. But why don’t people think that in other countries people of age 18 or less are starting their own thing, letting their ideas flow, and finding new opportunities to do good for themselves and the world? Here in our country, we have a clear road map of success, including suffering and achieving and nothing else. India is the largest market in the world and still, we are ruled by the monopoly of some corporations. Just take the example of our neighboring country China they have an equivalent population to us right, they have nearly 200 car manufacturing companies and we only have 3 here in India. I don’t know what kind of democratic society we are living in but if we are willing to change this we will have to eradicate this insular prejudice and let our new generation's ideas flow with clutter-free minds and build a country where we can have an open atmosphere for newer innovations.
