The only thing that can lead to everlasting peace is social justice, to administer this social justice under the government which is exercising sovereignty over a piece of land we need to understand the social structure of that land, India is home to a multitude of religions, socio-economic status plays a crucial role in India's social structure. The population is divided into various economic classes, ranging from affluent to those living below the poverty line. India's social structure also varies significantly across its different regions.

So, with this changing social structure, it is really hard to administer social justice because justice for one class can be injustice for another. People here don't take justice based on circumstantial things or general perception, every class has its own perception which is contradictory with another. If the parliament takes some decision that affects the country at large for the betterment of people that decision cannot be all good for every religion, every economic class, or every region. So, the parliament accommodates this diversity through the federal system, allowing states to have their own government and policies to narrow this system there are local self-governments again, and there should be a proper balance and coordination between state and central government to manage regional differences, and maintaining this harmony becomes hard due to political differences between state and central government. states that have a similar government as the center find it easy to maintain harmony, similar things happen with local self-governments and state governments too. Extra interdependence and over sub ordinance of these layers of the Indian political structure is holding the proper administration of social justice at a regional level, to administer social justice at regional differences we have to bring more autonomy to local self-governments and empower them by granting more subjects to them, this will also reduce the procedural delay and political scams at large. Our parliamentary system is quite incompatible with the social structure of our land, we have decentralized power by bringing local self-governments, but our local self-governments are not completely autonomous their dependence on the state and the state’s dependence on the union is holding the social justice and bringing procedural delay. Definitely, the union and the state should have regulation over the subordinates, but regulation is different from interruption with every little procedural aspect...
