In the 19th century, Charles Darwin talked about natural selection, according to him those who are better fit in the environment leave more progeny than others and survive more hence selected by nature. Instead of being chosen by nature, we humans thought of rivaling nature with the help of advanced medications and other developments. Nature wouldn’t have offered us so long tenure or could have offered us even more but it is a great wonder that medicine can almost rival nature in forcing a man to remain in bed, to continue taking some drug on pain of death. Early India was not like this people used to live healthier lives than today even though there was no advanced medication back then, with the beginning of the 21st century the lifestyle of people in India has changed, and with the dominance of pharmaceutical companies artificially grafted illness has taken root and has become secondary but genuine illness, so we Indians should never forget about our root lifestyle to lead a happy and beautiful life. Meds are available in the market for every problem but first, we have to make sure whether it is really necessary to take them because natural illnesses are cured but never those which medicine creates.
