Women security

In India, women are becoming financially more secure but still, they are feeling less safe. Authorities have reported 51 cases per hour of crime against women occurring in our country. Every political party’s agenda is to stop crime against women, there are several commissions in India for women’s safety but still, we are facing issues of women's safety because we cannot eradicate this problem with some new women's safety bill or some act. The problem is with men’s perspective about women. Women are not about making use of their body, she is an individual equally capable of expressing thoughts as men. Different men have different perspectives about women but the basic thing is about the consent of women if she is refusing or saying no to something then men should have to accept that and shouldn’t cross their limits. And when all men will understand this basic thing then and then only we will be able to eradicate this problem. To commit any crime one of the basic requirements is the intent to do a crime, so when we will be able to change the ideology and intent of people committing crimes against women then we can stop this. To change the intent of people who are going to commit such a crime giving tough punishment to the ones who have already committed the crime might help as well. Giving upcoming generations lessons about women's consent and making them learn its importance will definitely help create a healthy environment for women in our society.
